This Refund Policy applies to credit purchases made on Islo, operated by Incredibuild Software Ltd. and its affiliates ("we", "us"). It supplements our Terms of Service.
1. Refund Window
You may request a full refund on any credit purchase within 14 days of the purchase date.
2. How to Request a Refund
Email billing@islo.dev from the email address associated with your account, including:
- Your account or organization name
- The invoice number or transaction ID for the credit purchase
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Bank and card processor settlement times are outside our control.
3. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us at billing@islo.dev before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Most issues can be resolved directly.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
